Medical college Patiala (GOMCO) batch of our class reunion held in mandi gobindgarh desh bhagat university. Enjoyed.

A big phyllodes tumor of the right breast removed at a simple total mastectomy (Dr Jagga’s case).

appeared inflammatory on inspection, was actually misdiagnosed as abscess.
high density mass on mammography (BIRADS IV).
and on sonomammography.
cut section showing classic leaf-like pattern.
