Phyllodes tumor recurred after two surgeries

A 65 years old lady from Rajpura had lumpectomy done at Rajpura (biopsy not done), and then again (possibly wide local excision, biopsy phyllodes) at Patiala, underwent MRM and AC (small shotty lymph nodes palpable in axilla).
